We want you to be completely happy with your Sportsgirl purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, we are here to help with our returns and exchanges policy.

We offer hassle-free returns for a full refund or exchange on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For items purchased on sale or at a discount, we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note for the amount of the purchase, provided the above conditions are met.

Please note that for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on face masks, earrings, or any other pierced jewellery unless the item is faulty.

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
